Cancellation Policy
• Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped yet. A full refund will be processed in such cases.
• After Shipment: Once the product has been dispatched or shipped from our facility, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Customized Orders: Orders involving custom sizing, personalized engraving, or custom-made jewelry designs cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Damaged or Wrong Products: We only accept returns or offers for exchanges if the product received is physically damaged during transit or if a wrong item has been delivered.
• Timeframe: Any such issue must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Once your exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 day.
• Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, hallmark certificates, and invoice intact.
• Return Shipping: In case of approved damaged/wrong delivery, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer’s pin code, the customer must ship it back safely, and shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification.
Refund Policy
• Approval Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify the unboxing video/physical damage, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original method of payment (via PhonePe / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) used during the purchase.
• Timeline: The refund amount typically takes 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account or wallet, depending on your bank’s processing time.

At Krishna Jewellers, we ensure that every single premium jewelry piece is meticulously checked and safely packed under 24/7 CCTV surveillance before being shipped to you. To safeguard your purchase against any rare transit damage or missing item claims, we strictly follow an Unboxing Video Policy.
Please read the following guidelines carefully upon receiving your parcel:

Record a Continuous Video: You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while opening the parcel from start to finish.

Show the Labels First: Before opening, show the complete, untampered outer courier bag/box and the shipping label clearly in the video.

No Pauses or Cuts: The video must be recorded in a single shot (360-degree view). Videos with cuts, edits, pauses, or those made after the parcel has already been opened will not be accepted.

Reporting a Problem: In the highly unlikely event that your jewelry is damaged during transit or an item is missing, you must share this unedited unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: No exchange, return, or refund claims for transit damage or missing items will be entertained without a valid, uncut unboxing video. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep your luxury shopping secure!
